This Privacy Policy explains how GICCT (Global Institute of Cybersecurity, Cloud & Technology) collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

02 What data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our training services:
- Identification and contact details (name, email, phone) when you submit a form or enrol in a program.
- Enrolment and course participation information.
- Technical browsing data (IP address, browser type) via cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
03 Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to manage enrolments and deliver courses (performance of a contract), to respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest), and to send updates where you have consented (consent). We do not process data for purposes incompatible with the above.
04 Retention period
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. After that period, data is securely deleted.
05 Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share it with service providers (such as website hosting) acting as data processors, under strict contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
