Dr. Okafor built her reputation as a security architect at Fortune 100 companies, where she designed and led the red teams responsible for testing the defences of some of the world’s most heavily targeted organisations. Her job was to think like the most capable adversaries her employers might face, and to prove — before a real attacker did — exactly where the gaps lay. That work demanded both technical mastery and the strategic perspective to understand what truly mattered to the business.

Over her career she has led investigations into major breaches, designed adversary-simulation programmes, and advised executive teams on managing security risk at the highest level. She holds the CISSP and OSCP certifications and continues to practise as an active security consultant alongside her teaching, ensuring her knowledge never drifts from the realities of the field.
